Campus Ministry Representative-Metro Phoenix Area

Favorite Verse:
I have a lot of them, but Joshua 1:9 is one of my favorites.

Favorite Sports Team:
Growing up, I was a HUGE Buffalo Bills fan (Why couldn't we win just one guys?!?!?!) I'm a big Steelers fan though (SuperBowl Champions 2006!)

Hobbies & Interests:
Music, Fitness, Nutrition, Spanish, and Sports

Began with FCA: May 2005

Hometown:  Phoenix, AZ

Family:
Father & Mother are Moses and Alice Igono.  3 brothers (David, Cyrus, and Jacob), all of which are collegiate and high school student-athletes.

Brief History:
I am very grateful for my upbringing. Having two Christian parents who were dedicated and diligent in teaching us the way we should go was pivotal in my decision to accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior at the age of about 10 years old.

The Reason I'm Here:
I seem to find FCA as a perfect fit because I love the Lord, and I have a passion for athletics. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to compete in college and briefly thereafter. He has shown me things and given me testimonies in which I use to encourage and motivate the listener, but specifically the youth who may someday go through similar triumphs, defeats, and life-changing situations. FCA provides a great platform for me to proclaim Biblical truths and relate to a young men and women in a way that they may not receive elsewhere.

Goals:
I want FCA to increase! Simply put; let's positively impact all we come in contact with. The way this is going to be done is through partnerships and alliance. No one church or organization has a monopoly on resources, creativity, or manpower. Like the old saying goes about TEAM: Together Everyone Achieves More!
