Arizona FCA Coaches Ministry desires to move from influence to iMPACT.

Jim Collins authored the book “Good to Great,” where he analyzed companies and how they made the transition from being average to becoming extraordinary.

Coaches of iMPACT is a group of coaches who aspire to leave a legacy and help change the culture of athletics in Arizona.    

The criteria for becoming a Coach of iMPACT is as follows:

Ask yourself if you are FAT C when it comes to your faith in the greatest coach who ever walked the earth….Jesus Christ ?

Influence is temporary. 

iMPACT is eternal.

Influence is good.

iMPACT is great.

Influence lasts a season or two.

iMPACT lasts a lifetime.

If you noticed the fine print, the first letter of iMPACT is never capitalized, but always in lowercase.  FCA Coaches Ministry wants our Coaches of iMPACT to serve their teams, die to self, and coach victoriously without bringing glory to themselves.  iMPACT coaches bring glory and honor to the name above all names, Christ Jesus.
